IS LEVEL 2 FOR YOU??
First, you need to know…
L2 was created because of you.
HMCC was first developed in 2020 and since then I’ve been adding to a growing list of “HMCC additions” – with the goal to create one-off masterclasses for students to continue their education and build off the foundational HMCC content.
But, this list became so damn long… It was enough to create a whole program on its own (so that’s exactly what you’re lookin’ at!).
Second, I’ve learned that you don’t want more masterclasses – you made it clear via feedback forms, focus groups, and direct comments… instead, you want more application.
No matter how many classes you master (lol), nothing can take the place of working with clients and getting hands-on experience.
THAT SAID…
In order to make the most of HMCC L2:
You must be an
HMCC graduate
but don’t worry, you’re not expected to have everything memorized… You’ll have access to ALL HMCC content when you become an L2 student
You must be actively working with clients
years of experience or roster size doesn’t matter, but you need to have at least one current client to work with during the program.
You must be willing to engage with the group
because L2 is heavily focused on application, there will be more practicing and interaction with other students; if you’re looking for a course that only requires you to sit back and listen, L2 is not for you.
You must be very serious about the impact you want to make
this program is for coaches that are serious about the work they do and the experience they wish to create for their clients. This program will require effort and push you out of your comfort zone (in the best way). Please only enroll if you’re seriously invested in taking yourself and/or your business to the next level.

HOW THIS
IS GONNA WORK
When you enroll in HMCC L2, you’re not just enrolling alone…
You’ll be taking real clients along for the ride with you.
(Yes, an actual human this time; no more “Letty the hypothetical client” – she’s exhausted 😂)
Over the course of this 5-Month apprenticeship program, you’ll take the exercises and skills that you learn and apply them with clients in real time.
You’ll be given templates, diagnostic assessments, blueprints, and plug-and-play worksheets to use with your clients.
This will not just be a “teach and tell” type program – L2 will be heavily focused on leveraging the baseline knowledge you already have and applying it (we’re literally handing you the tools to use, you just have to learn how to implement them!).
Because of this apprenticeship-style setup…
HMCC L2 is only open to coaches who have active clients on their rosters and are serious about taking their behavior change and mindset coaching skills to the expert level.
**Due to the hands-on nature of this program, we only accept a small group of students
(compared to the 80-100+ student cohort sizes in HMCC)**

Final Assessment:
Unlike your HMCC final assessment, your L2 assessment will be a culmination of the work you do throughout the program. Each week will provide you with the content you need to build out your final Client Portfolio. Your portfolio is your final assessment. It will be reviewed and individual feedback will be provided.
As an HMCC L2 student, you will also receive FREE access to the HMCC Alumni Group for the duration of your time in the program

My experience as a Ph.D. student was a bit different than others.
I wasn’t just working in the lab, developing experiments, reading 100s of published papers, and going to class.
I was also working with up to 35 nutrition clients out in the real world.
I would quite literally leave campus and go directly to the gym I worked at to meet with clients in person (we did monthly sessions and weekly check-ins online)
This was a HECTIC time of my life. But it was the best experience I could have asked for.
I was able to quite literally conduct research on mindset + behavior change, then turn around and go apply in the real world…all within the same day.
